This is for the rebuilding service of your ABC Valve Block. You are responsible for shipping the valve block to us. Valve blocks fit in a medium size USPS flat rate box. We are only able to service early style valve blocks as seen in pictures. Visit our packaging article prior to shipping. We have seen numerous valve blocks damaged in shipping due to inadequate packaging.

What you get purchasing this service:

We start with completely tearing down the valve block and cleaning all components.  

All old nitrile orings and backup rings will be removed.  

Complete visual inspection of PTFE backup rings for any signs of damage or wear.

Complete electrical testing of solenoids verifying function and testing internal resistance.  

Although solenoid failure is rare it does happen and you will be notified promptly.  Replacement solenoids are available.

Plastic retaining clips are replaced at no additional charge.

Outer seals for control valves will also be replaced at no additional charge.

Orings are replaced with piton compound. Has higher resistance to heat and chemicals

If your valve block has nitrile backup rings they will be replaced with upgraded PTFE backup rings.  

If your valve block has PTFE backup rings they will be replaced if necessary 

All servicing is performed in a clean environment and all ports will be sealed upon completion to avoid contamination 

All colored paint markings will be refreshed upon completion for ease of installation.
